The 2023 Hyundai Elantra is now available at Heritage Hyundai Towson, but should you buy this model or go for last year's? Here's a look at what changed and stayed the same between these two model years.

Trim Levels

The trim levels for both year's models are the same. The non-hybrid version is available in the SE, SEL, Limited, and there's also the sportier N Line. The hybrid model is available in Blue and Limited trim levels.

So there are a lot of different options to choose from whether you choose the 2022 or 2023 version of this sedan. Whether you're looking for a purely gasoline-powered car or a greener hybrid, there's a Hyundai Elantra model for your budget.

In-Car Tech

Some of the higher 2023 Hyundai Elantra trim levels now get a larger touchscreen display, one measuring at 10.3 inches. SEL models can be equipped with new 17-inch alloy wheels now. Some trim levels also get navigation in 2023 even if they did not have it for the 2022 model year.

Transmission Options

The 2023 Hyundai Elantra N Line does differ from its 2022 companion in one key way. It is no longer available with a manual transmission.

We know that some enthusiasts love to have a stick shift as an option. If you're one of them, feel free to ask our dealers about our pre-owned models and the 2022 Hyundai Elantra.

Is the 2023 Hyundai Elantra the Sedan For You?

Overall, we think that both versions of this Hyundai sedan have a lot to offer. Remember, this model just received a redesign a few years ago, so both the 2022 and 2023 versions have a modern, fresh look. There also aren't any huge differences in their features lists.
